As a concern for the contribution and the participation in the achievement of the public interest of all sectors and categories of society,  GD&P considers the Urban planning by different levels as a main corner and an important field in our organization, and one of our most important priorities.,

Our goal is to achieve an environment friendly & sustainable living framework suitable for the citizens of designed or renovated assemblies; we believe finding a functionally, aesthetically environmentally and socially balanced and consistent urban textile in our studies, plans &designs.  Through the comprehensive distribution of service activities and social uses the means of human comforts and welfare are valued.

When we design concepts, strategic views for desired future situations, and to bring the vision to life, we consider what achieves the balance between the development needs in the present and the future, taking into consideration the environmental & urban characteristics, the social equity and the economic validity, the stipulations and the state of the art planning criteria.
